The Ovrxtnd Coaching & Mentorship program is an organized initiative that facilitates the pairing of experienced individuals (mentors) with less experienced ones (mentees) to provide guidance and support. Additionally, the program is meant to encourage growth in the female competitive (and casual) gaming scene in hopes of creating more opportunities for women.
